Michael Redmond:- Started MRFM in 1996 when he obtained the Facilities management contract for UniSuper’s core Superannuation Administration System. He has a strong background in HP3000 management and an excellent reputation in IT consulting. Michael has been in IT for over 20 Years.
Paul Flynn:- Has been a member of the MRFM team since 1998 and complements MRFM’s skills and services. His core skills are Microsoft and Novell network administration (LAN and WAN) for small and medium sized companies. Paul, has been providing excellent services to over 12 City Based Legal firms and other SME’s and has been in IT for 15 Years
Michael Lappen:- Has a strong background in sales and marketing, business development, mergers and acquisitions. He has had several roles in high level positions and a reputation for delivering high value solutions. Michael has been in the IT Industry for over 30 years and has been the CEO of Co-Cam, Wang, Maxi Multimedia, and been a Board Member and Advisor of a number of other IT companies.
Robert Beswick:- Has a proven track record in IT&T providing services and solutions at leading edge companies like Ansett Airlines, Co-Cam, Victorian Arts Centre and many others. Rob has also had extensive experience in consulting, business analysis, software development, integration and other areas of IT and T over the past 23 Years.
Garry Redmond:- Has been an integral part of the IT teams at Co-Cam, Computershare and Super Partners (Formerly Jacques Martin Industry). Garry, has extensive experience in consulting, business analysis, software development, integration and deployment of software solutions in Australia, Asia and the US, Garry was the Architect of Computershare’s global expansion from a technology point of view.
Scott Lappen:- Has a proven track record in Help Desk management, Network Support, Desktop Support and related area’s. Scott’s role at MRFM entails administration and customer support for both HP3000 and Microsoft customers. Scott has had valuable experience at Monash Learning Fast, Origin Health Care, Nacenti, and many other Companies. Scott has completed the highly respected MCSE qualification and is actively pursuing his IT Masters.
Warren Lappen:- Warren has a sound knowledge of IT Services, having been involved with MRFM since 1998. Warren started in client relations and office administration, and therefore has a solid understanding of business and client requirements. He has worked diligently to develop his IT skills and broaden his experiences by being extensively involved in IT support roles, and projects at MRFM.
Michael Jordan:- Has a proven track record in Help Desk management, Network Support, Desktop Support and related areas. Michael’s role at MRFM entails administration and customer support for Microsoft customers. He specialises in Network issues such as router configuraion and VPN setup and support. Michael is also a talented Web Site designer.
Justin Morgan:- Justin joined the MRFM team full time in January 2008 and specialises in Desktop Support, Administration and Website Design. He is also very accomplished using our Business Process Mapping tool, XSOL to assit MRFM and its customers with documentation and publishing. Justin has completed his MCP and A+ certifications and is actively pursuing his MCSE.
